Does anyone find the twekve hour clock a bit annoying. I would prefer the twenty-four but cant find an option to get this. Is there away to change the settings?

For Win98 go to Regional settings > Time tab in Control Panel
For XP in Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
Click Regional and Language Options.
Click Customize.
Click the Time tab.
Do one of the following:

Change Time format to HH:mm:ss for a 24-hour clock.
Change Time format to hh:mm:ss tt for a 12-hour clock.
