Outlook Express Spell Checker.

  PeterB 18:05 24 Jun 04

I am using XP Home Edition and version 6 of O.E.
Spell Checker has set itself to Notepad. I have M.S. Office installed and working but am unable to change the Spell Checker to M.S. Word.
Can anyone offer any solutions.
Many Thanks for your help.

I may be wrong but I think the spellchecker is an integral part of word and is set to it by default and all other MS products, such as Outlook express ,Notepad that need a spellchecker borrow it , so to speak.

Are you sure the correct options are ticked in Tools Options/ Spelling and Grammar?

This may not be of any use but it will at least bump you up the page a bit and someone with more info may spot it
