Outlook Express sends big fonts to printer

My friend has XP, IE7 and Outlook Express. When printing an email the print is two or three sizes bigger than the email font as shown on the screen. This happens with his HP Deskjet 710C and The HP PSC 1215 all-in-one. How can this be cured please?

Try changing the text size in Internet Explorer - View > Text Size.

Thanks VoG but the problem is not to do with the screen font appearance. We sent ourselves an email using three test font sizes, 8pt, 10pt and 12pt. The email arrived and the font sizes were correct on the OE screen but it printed out at what looked like 12pt, 14pt and 18pt. Weird? It seems that OE is sending duff information to the printers.

Have you actually tried what I suggested - Note adjust text size in IE then print from OE.

So sorry I doubted your advice. It worked a treat. I later remembered that IE and OE are bits of the same package and so interact with one another. Many thanks.
