Outlook Express Probs

  osben 12:24 25 Mar 03

When I click on the Outlook Express Icon on my desktop a message comes up:
[Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL is not loaded]

I have checked for the file in my Outlook Express Folder and it is there.

I have also tried doing a "repair" on Outlook Express but still the same.

I should ad that this is since getting rid of Tesco.net from the system??? It did seeem to hog IE6 !!!

Can anyone help please.
