Outlook Express Hang up

  GWWB 21:55 04 Sep 06

Since getting online with Talk Talk Broadband, I find that when I Click on Outlook Express to check Emails, the splash page starts up and the folder page opens always immediately followed by the Broadband connection hanging up. If I then close Outlook Express and while still offline start it up again from the desktop, it opens like before and offers to connect. When I then connect it happily goes looking for emails on all three of our accounts and after downloading any, remains connected. Any ideas why it keeps hanging up if I'm already on line when i start it.

Something to try
Open OE,Tools/Options/Connection.....is Hang up ticked after sending and receiving,if so untick.

Also make sure Ask before switching dialup connections is ticked.

If no joy ...post back
