Outlook Express fails to respond. I have restored pc to an earlier point but it still refuses to respond. Internet Options is set to Outlook Express in the Programs window. How do I find the fault and restore access. Grateful for any advice.

John, download OE6 & try again. Have U tried the link from above? Any help there?

  smegs 15:26 26 Sep 03

John, R U on MsnMessenger? If so do U want to talk through there?

  smegs 15:33 26 Sep 03

John, It should not affect anything in there. But save them to disk just in case. Make a folder somewhere in W\explorer & save them to there. Then transfer them to disk. I do this when I format, but I haven't worked out how to take the adresses from the disk back into address book. Nightmare. I don't know about Outlook.

John, U said in 1 of Ur emails, that U can C the inbox number going up, how can U C this if Olook express will not open?

  smegs 15:58 26 Sep 03

Highlight all the emails that U want to save, go to file, then click, save as, U will then get a window come up asking where do U want to save them to, pick the folder U made. Click save.
