Outlook Express Error message

I get this message since changing from Wanadoo dial up here in Lanzarote to Telefonica ADSL.
It's driving me crazy, can anyone help?

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Subject 'Read: Los Calamares 1 of 2', Account: 'pop.wanadoo.es', Server: 'smtp.wanadoo.es', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Relay not permitted / No such user', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Short of reading right through the link provided(It seems long and at the momnet cannot see any link to this specific problem) I'm looking for some more help on this subject.

My friend gets exactly the same problem having just changed from Wannadoo dial up to BT ADSL BB.

He can receive E-mail and only gets the same error message when sending e-mail.

Any suggestions please

You have changed ISP are you still trying to use the E-mail address from your old ISP? This often is not possible and you have to setup a new Account with you new E-mail address provided by you new ISP.

That will mainly be the problem there then!

Sometimes the obvious just isn't so obvious
