Outlook Express error message

  Woof 21:11 30 Jul 03

I am have been setting up a new hard drive on which I have installed 'Windows ME' but am having problems installing 'Outlook Express'. I installed the program using the 'Internet Connection Wizard'.

'Internet Explorer' was installed from a recent 'PC Advisor ' disk. This letter is being transmitted using 'Internet Explorer' which works with no problems.

When I try to open 'Outlook Express' I get the following error message "Msimn has caused an error in MSOE.DLL" If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

1/. I have restarted the machine many times because I am able to use everything loaded as normal, all other programs work with no problems.
2/. I have Compared the program with that on another machine - on which I hope to receive someones answer - and this seems to be ok.
3/. I have checked the register and can find no problems there.

Can anyone help please
