My Outlook Express fails to download new e-mails. I can still receive messages on the BT Yahoo browser but on OE I get the following Error message: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. It's nearly a week now that my OE suddenly stopped working. My e-mails are still downloaded to my BT Yahoo homepage but the connection to ISP fails. I get the following message: The connection to the server has failed. I've spent a long time on the phone to BT Yahoo, they say it must be Microsoft. I tried to follow the directions from Q318378 to reinstall and repair OE but after all that I still find the same errors. Any more suggestions PLEASE!!
