Outlook Express email using stationery?

  rotormota 18:52 05 Nov 03

I am trying to create some stationery in OE using my my company logo firstly as an HTML & secondly by inserting a jpeg of the logo into the message body itself. It appears fine my end when I 'create mail' using the new stationery but the recipient is unable to view my logo at all.

Any ideas.

Has your recipient set his email client to receive HTML mail, rotormota?

How should they check this?

If they're using Outlook Express they can set it to HTML mail in Tools > Options > Send tab, Mail Sending Format section. But if they have firewalls etc. at their business, they will probably block HTML mail anyway.
