Outlook Express does not recognise my password

Outlook express is not recognising my password. I know the information is correct as it has been saved and has just been connecting automatically. It now keeps asking for my password and saying that it is incorrect. I have been to my privider's website Tiscali and changed my password but Outlook express still will not have it......any ideas

have you tried system restore to when it last worked ok?
