Hi there

Setting up outlook express to work with Blueyonder ie download from webmail

The POP3 server is pop3.blueyonder.co.uk but when I put this in, close outlook express and reopen it, the address has defaulted to 127.0.0.1 which does not work - does anyone know a) why this is happening and b) any suggestions of how to fix

Thanks in advance

I think it`s the LAN settings so try this and reverse it if it doesn`t cure it. In IE go to tools>internet ptions and click the LAN button. Untick everything. Restart IE.

Did you have to enter any SMTP address?, and your user name and password are what was origonally sent to you when you signed up not your usual user name & password.
