for the last few days i have been unable to read my mail through outlook express.i can access through virgin media homepage but not outlook express.do tests everything ok apart from on the instant support it says NEWS SERVER ACCESSIBILITY TEST with a cross at the side of it.... please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have antivirus software which scans your email?

no its not resolved and yes i have anti virus

Make Sure that you have signed out of Virgin Media before trying to access Outlook. If Virgin is anything like BT/Yahoo this could be the solution.
