I use Outlook Express to download my emails.

For some inexplicable reason when I now print off the email the header is not included i.e. from, date, to and subject although I can see it on the message. This has just happened - anybody got an idea why and how I can correct it?
Regards
Russell

Are you using IE7?

thanks anskyber; yes upgraded recently to IE7.
Is that a problem?

Perhaps. IE7 needs the latest version of any add ins like toolbars. Normally you would test that by disabling the toolbar but since this is your way into your email it will not help.

What I suggest you try is to uninstall your tiscali toolbar and download the latest version from Tisacli and try again. The issue for IE7 is the need for up to date toolbars and add ins generally so that there are IE7 compliant add ins.
