Outlook Express

From this month PC Advisor’s DVD I download Ashampoo WinOptimizer. I had a look over then I delete it. Since then I have had a problem picking up my mail in Outlook Express when I log on I get a message saying Receiving 1 of 10, I don’t receive anything, then I receive time out message, I cannot send mail.

I have delete my Account and signed on again all to no avail.

I have tried and received my mail using my Laptop (it is set up the same as my PC) so there is nothing wrong at my ISP end.

I running Windows XP my ISP is Tiscali

I can look at my mail from Tiscali home page

Try a System Restore to a point when Outlook Express (OE) was working as usual.

If no joy, reinstall Ashampoo WinOptimizer (AW), then check to see if the OE problem recurs. Whether OE works like before or not, uninstall AW - rather than delete it. G
