Outlook Express

A short while ago I received a package from “At Home with your PC”, which included the CD software to their ISP. I installed it but failed to get it to work so eventually I deleted it.
Now whenever I try and send an e-mail to anyone using Outlook Express, it is rejected because it doesn’t recognise ‘At Home...’ and I’ve been unable to get clear of it.
Any ideas anybody?

Is there an uninstall option in Programs?

Or can you do a System Restore to before the instal?

Go to Tools - Accounts in OE and see if anything looks different to how you remember it with regard to your mail/isp settings.

and/or, do a Search (including Hidden Files/Folders) for At Home ... and highlite and delete anything found.
