I have Incredimail and have made it my default, each time it tries to connect I get this message,
"The connection was rejected by outgoing server `smtp.freeserve.com` please try later.
If this persists, contact you ISP "
I have done all this and been back to Incredimail and answered all their questions altered what I had to, and it still wont work. I would like to bin OE or send it to sleep.Any ideas, please.

Have you tried re-installing? You can also need a new modem.
