OUTLOOK CONTINUOUSLY REQUESTING USERNAME & PASSWOR

For the last week my Blueyonder outlook email requests the username and password everytime I open it but rejects it everytime I try to log in. I know the username and password are correct cos I can log into Blueyonder webmail successfully via the internet...can anyone help please

It could of course be a blueyonder problem. I certainly have been getting intermitent password rejection. Might be worth contacting blueyonder.
