Is it possible to export / transfer my Outlook 2000 contacts to another machine also running Outlook 2000?
If so how?
Don't fancy having to re do the whole very long list

Try File>Import & export>Export to a file>Personal Folder File

(Select the folders (and subfolders you want to copy)

(Select a location - either a file or floppy)

Once completed use the same method to import them onto the other PC

Hope it helps

Tony

I use this system every time I format (1-2 tiems per year......works fine

I think that it may be a PAB file, do a search for *.PAB

Usually save as .pst files

Works fine

I use the file export- import routine to synchronise my inbox, sent mail etc between two machines, but I use Actisysnc wih a PDA to sysnchronise my contacts and calender files
