Does anyone know if it's possible to use contacts in Outlook (2002) as a merge file from a Word document?

If so some pointers of how to do it would be appreciated.

Thanks all,

Mike

If it's the same as Outlook 2000, you can do it by opening a new Word document/ tools/ Mail merge/Create/Mailing Labels/Change Document Type/GetData/Use address Book/Choose Outlook address book/ then follow the instructions for setting up a label.(Choose Avery A4 or A5 standard The size you want )This will put all your contacts into label form that you have chosen in Word in A4 format. I don't know if this is exactly what you want, but it will produce your Contacts in a Word document.
