In Outlook I have a Contacts Folder (with all my company names etc.in) and a sub folder (with all my external contacts in). When I start an e-mail and click on "To" the "Select Names" box appears. It will let me view my internal contacts but I should be able to hit the slider next to "contacts" and see my sub folder but cant. Any ideas?
When sending an e-mail in Outlook I hit 'TO' and a window appears titled 'Select Names'. Within the window is an entry marked 'Contacts' with a slider next to it. It is this that used to give me access to contact folders that I have built but no longer does.
In the main Outlook window I right clicked on the particular folder properties, 'Outlook Address Book' tab and then ticked 'show this folder as an Outlook address book. Took a bit of digging around but got there.
