Hi all...Got a slight problem with my colleagues PC...He cannot receive messages and it keeps comiong up with the message. "The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full." Now i know the mailbox isn`t full...I`ve archived all the files he needed to save and the inbox/sentitems/deleted items is showing o% full...He can send emails ok but cannot receive. Running win 7 and outlook 2007.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Its OK, it was BT server that was full...deleted all emails on webmail and problem solved.

He should probably adjust the settings in Outlook so as "NOT to leave a copy of messages on the server"
