Using Windows XP. Upgraded today from MS Office 2003 to MS Office 2007. When I open Word or Excel, ribbon nested under toolbar; however, when I open Outlook, ribbon missing. I can open an email, and the ribbon is there. Can I restore ribbon to the main Outlook screen; if so, how?
