Outlook 2002 - Printing Attachment List

  Alan2 16:44 20 May 05

I can't find an option to have the filenames of attached documents listed on the printout of sent emails even though they are clearly visible in the header on screen.

Any assistance with this would be very much appreciated.

I don't use Outlook myself, although I have Outlook 97, and I'm not 100% sure of what you are tryig to do, but as nobody else has come up with anything I might as well have a go!

I found this in the help files:-

"Print attachments with items.

1.Select the items that contain the attachments you want to print.

2. On the File menu, click Print.

3. In the Print style box, click Memo Style.
4. Select the Print attached files with item(s) check box."

Hope it helps!

Thanks for the link. It looks to be quite useful but will require some exploring - a job for day time.

Thanks for your input but those instructions just allow the attachments to be printed in full at the same time as the email.

To recap: I just want to print off a copy of my outgoing email and have the file names of the attachments listed in a similar manner to the way they are shown on the screen.
