my accounts package sends emails via outlook 2002 but every time it does so outlook warns that another email programmes is trying to send email..if this is correct press yes otherwise no but it takes five seconds for the yes to appear. I have to wait 5 secs each time and press yes for each email the accounts program. is sending. Is it possible to turn this warning off and if not can we reduce the 5 sec wait?
Help please!

Its a security feature in Outlook to prevent a virus using your Outlook address book to send itself out.

This 'can' be disable but it is not advisable. I know its a pain but its there for a reason and a good one at that. It is for additional security and I would stongly advise you leave it in place.
