Outlook 2000 - Email advice please

  Evolution 10:19 18 May 03

I email a spreadsheet to a client using the send email function within Excel so that the recipient, upon receiving the email, instantly views the page on screen with no need to open any attachment.

However, when I press the Send Copy button, I want a confirmation box to pop up along the lines of ARE YOU SURE YOU WISH TO SEND? YES / NO.

Is there any way this can be done and possibly with the functionality to edit the text?

I don't think you can have an 'are you sure button'-however if you use outlook (not outlook express) set the mail option to use word as the text editor. Excel will export a HTML table which you can easily edit in word2000 by opening the email (from outlook out box.)

You can set outlook not to send until you have had the opportunity to 'vet' the outbox!

Best I can think of!
