Windows Millennium.
I am about to replace my graphics card for a better one, and I seem to recall reading somwhere that its correct (better!) to remove the old driver(s) before installing the new. Any advice on this subject welcome.

It depends on the chipset (obviously enough).

But it is best to remove the old drivers as you suggest before installing newer ones. If you have a retail packaged new card then it will probably give details.
