Out Of Office Assistant - Not working

I have a problem with a user who's Out Of Office Assistant is not working correctly.

The PC is running Windows XP Pro with Office 98.

I have logged onto the PC with my own username and the Assistant works perfectly well, log back on as the user and it just doesn’t send out the automated response.

I have tried deleting the users roaming profile but it has made no difference.

I have read somewhere that a Back Office utility called Cleansweep may resolve the problem, using a dll file called Clnswp32.dll. The problem is, I don’t have Back Office! Does anyone know where I can get hold of this dll?

Any other suggestions of how to resolve the issue??
