Order Registry Rescue (or I'll keep appearing)

When I click on Start I have a reminder listed in my recently used listings to order 'Registry Rescue'.

I've never heard of this program and so I remove the reminder from the list.

It then reappears after a few days, no matter how many times I get rid of it.

I clicked on properties and 'find target' which brought up:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" "click here"

I deleted this file but it immediately reappeared, only in lowercase letters.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this message once and for all?

I've run the usual spyware progs, MS, Lavasoft, Search and destroy etc. but they don't find anything.

Try downloading and running Ccleaner from click here. This super little application will remove all temp files, IE cache, history and other unneeded files cluttering up your hard drive. If this pest returnes after that, you may need to repeat the exercise with System Restore turned off.

I'll give it a try Gongoozler, I've just downloaded the latest version.
