orange mail attachments

i use orange as my isp and also the orange web mail service (cant get oe to work properly)
of late i cant get any attachments that ive scanned into the machine to attach to outgoing mail
its a bit of a pain as i need them fot work
answers in as plain english as pss

Scanned documents become pictures, so you would need to send them as .jpg and would not be able to treat them as .doc items.

If you want to send them as .doc attachments you will need to import them as documents and attach them as usual.

If you are happy with pictures, open the scanned image in something like Paint and make certain it is saved as a .jpg. You will then be able to attach them to your e-mail.
