OppenOffice; Template location

Folks,

I have, and use MS Office. I have several templates of my own design, and have them located in my "D" partition.

I'm trying to get to grips with Open Office 2, (so I can demonstrate it to others), but can't seem to find a way of saving templates on the D partition, such that Open Office will look for them there by default...

In fact when I save a template in OOfice it doesn't even go, by default, to where it will subsequently look to open a new tem plate based document from.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple here.

Can anyone enlighten me as to how I can easily save a template, on the "D" partition, and have OpenOffice look to that location when I want to create a new document.

Here's hoping that makes sense,

Thanks in anticipation,

Regards,

Simsy
