Hi gang, following the earlier succesfull thread, I hope that there might some more knowledge available. System running XP Pro, IE6 SP2,NAV2004, ZoneAlarm 5.0.590 on 56k dial up. I recently installed Onspeed, works well and then part way through a browser screen, freezes up completely, unable to clear or move mouse. Will not respond to Ctrl,Alt,Del on answer is to press the reset button and reboot system. Uninstalled Onspeed and the problem goes away. Have contacted Onspeed who suggest that it might be a conflict problem with ZoneAlarm and infer it would be best to go back to version 4.0 or 4.5, as they are awaiting for ZoneAlarm to issue a newer version thta will work with Onspeed. Whilst this may be the only solution, has anyone any other suggestions or workarounds?

Problem seems to have been cured since I have updated to latest version of Zone Alarm.
