Onetel...all ok?

My sister-in-law is on dial up on Windows XP Home with Onetel.

For a few days now she has not been able to receive her email although she can surf ok. My emails to her bounce back.

Onetel's site says all is ok, could there still be a problem none the less?

Does this sound like a PC or server issue please?
I'm aware she can access her mail from Mailzone on the web site, I'll pass that on now.

Thank you,

Nick

My returned message is saying 'Cannot send message in 1 hour'...'Address has permanent delivery errors'

Email address is checked and correct btw.

Try the following
Control Panel....Internet options...Connection
Make sure you have ..one.telinternet2 (default)
printed then press OK.
Hope this works for you, I`ve also got Onetel
and it took me a while to sort things out.
Their tech support (before 8PM ) is great.

I'll put that to her thanks.

But she's been ok for a while now, so this setting should be ok already right?

Thanks all,

Nick
