Offline files and folders

Hello all

hope you can help with this one. I have a pc running XP home and a laptop running XP pro. Most of my work is done on the desktop so I tried to make a folder "available offline" on the laptop. On the laptop I just right clicked and selected the offline option. The offline sync window appeared and it appeared to sync all the files and subdirectories and came back with a sync successful message.
However, I then disconnect the network and reboot the laptop and only 2 out of the 30 subfolders are available to view. I tried this on three or four different directories but the same thing happened. O tried making "my documents" available but out of 25 or so directories, it only made 2 available for offline.

Any ideas please?

Thank you

Mike
