Is there a way I can put OE as desktop icon

When I right click on it at present, there doesn't seem to be an option

TIA

If on IE7 you can put mail box on toolbar if O/E is your e-mail provider.Just right click toolbar.customize command bar.Add remove commands. And move the mail box from the left box to the right box.I know its not what you asked but will still open O/E

Hi, Try All programs/ outlook express/

Right click/ create shortcut it may give you the option to create a desktop shortcut,

If it does not still click on create shortcut then drag it to the desktop

Hi Buteman

I've tried that, but I can't see OE in the left hand coloum.

I also tried that but again that does not give me the option to create shortcut

As you both seem to know what you are on about, I guess I may be doing something wrong, although your advice is straight forward

Hmm, it should be Start>All Programs>Outlook Express then right-click and Send to>Desktop (create shortcut)

Try the send to list from right click, mine has option to create shortcut on desktop.

Hi, When you right click is there a option that says SEND TO?

If yes hover your mouse over it and it will then open more options,

Click on Create desktop shortcut
