OE Express - gif imaging mssge and sending in zip?

I would appreciate some advice on this problem - I'm not very technical so if anyone responds I'd be grateful if they could dumb it down for me(!).

I am using Outlook Express and just started having this problem. When I compose an e-mail in OE it looks normal but the recipient gets it there is nothing in the body of the e-mail message and the message has a zip file attachment with three copies of my email inside. The files inside the zip file are all named 'noname' - and they are gif images of my message.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I suspect that you could solve the problem by sending all emails as plain text. I don't have Outlook Express installed any more, so I cannot check the menu options. Have a look and see if you can find a plain text option. Send a test email to me @ntlworld.com if you want.

In Outlook Express click Tools > Options > Send tab > in Mail Sending format check against Plain Text > Apply and OK
