I want to update the drivers for my nvidia 260 graphics cards runningh in sli mode, how do I do this? nvidia say to remove old drivers first - is that necessary or can I just install on top? and what about physx

You should remove the old drivers first, using the Add Remove Software applet in control panel first. You will have to reboot, and when prompted to install drivers, cancel out. Then start the install from the new driver package you downloaded, which will contain Physx.
