Nvidia NView

I installed Asus Driver 43/45A which included the Nvidia Nview. I got the wizard to help me install this but suddenly it went off. I believe that this is to enable viewing of multiscreens. I found the file thru the FIND section and this says it is Nview, Genetic TVP file. Questions: Is this installed? When I try to open it, I am asked"Which application do u want it to be opened with?"
What is GENERIC??

Thanks anyone help please!

Generic in PC terms usually means it's a driver or program which is used as a basic get you out of trouble option. If Windows can't find the correct driver it will sometimes load a 'generic' one which will do the job in a limited fashion. Can I assume you were loading the driver but it didn't finish the job? if so, try and get rid of any reference to the driver and reinstall it again.
