NVidia 5700 on a 250 Watt power supply?

Still dithering over my graphics card upgrade..........

It's either going to be a Radeon 9600 Pro or XT, or a standard nVidia 5700. Question is, will the 5700 be okay given the fact that I only have a 250 watt power supply, and have absolutely no intention of changing the power supply? I could buy a 5700 from a store in my home town for £90 (MSI, 128 MB).

If it helps, this is my system:-

MSI 6701 motherboard
P4B 2.66 CPU
512 MB DDR RAM
DVD Rom
CD-RW
integrated sound
card reader
floppy

Also connected:-

USB printer
USB ADSL modem
