Number of print copies keeps coming up as 9999

I have an Epson Stylus DX3800 and recently noticed that when I start to print, the number of copies shows 9999. I can, of course, alter this manually to the required number, but occasionally I forget (!) and then realise it is printing out unnecessary copies. The only non-printing action I have taken recently is to replace a black ink cartridge!
Please help me to get the number back to 1!!

Weird one that.
Try un installing the software and re installing it.
Remember to come off line and to disable your Anti Virus as requested- Don't forget to switch it back on when done

Jack
Thanks for the suggestion. Re-installed the software and everything is now fine.
Why didn't I think of that???
Happy Christmas
