"NTLDR missing" error on start-up. XP.

I'm just upgrading from a 40Gb to 120Gb hard drive as my system drive. I've copied the C Drive to the new hard disk using PowerQuest Drive Image 7 and everything looks okay.

I've amended the BIOS so it recognises the hard drives and tries to boot from the new drive, but keep getting "NTLDR missing.....press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart" whenever I try to start up using this drive.

Grateful for any help.
