I get Win XP and installed a freeware utility that was anounced allows NTFS format in 3.5" floopys, but when I try use it, don't apears the format NTFS option, instead of, this option is suitable to my 250 Iomewga Zip drive. ¿any idea?

Floppies should be formatted with the standard Windows format - otherwise they will unreadable elsewhere.

Zip drives should only be formatted with the manufacturers own format program, otherwise the manufacturer states they may become unreliable.

Small capacity devices have no need whatsoever for NTFS format.

Windows knows best in this instance (and in many others). Let it format the disks as it sees fit.
