If I have an external disk in a USB cradle that is formatted as NTFS under Win XP, can I access it and the files on it from a FAT32 system i.e. Win ME, and vice versa ? Suspect windows isn't bright enough to do this but would appreciate anyone with experience or knowledge confirming or otherwise this.
