Does anyone know what this is, please? A recent scan by MalWareBytes anti-malware threw it up as a suspicious file. A search on Google doesn't come up with anything and uploading the file to Virus Total gives 3 out of 40 antivirus scans classifying it as a Trojan. They are a-squared, eSafe and Ikarus. I haven't taken any action following the scan, e.g. quarantining the suspicious file.

PS: a later scan with MalWareBytes showed no suspicious objects

looks like it belongs to Nero Jukebox if you have that downloaded.

I have Nero StartSmart which has an option for creating a JukeBox CD or DVD, although I've never used this at all or even knew it was on my machine until I searched on "Nero" now.

Thanks for the info so far.

Maybe removing nero and reinstalling might sort it out.
But I have never used nero so best waiting for better advice.
