Now can't receive/send emails

Haven't received emails for some weeks using MS Outlook Express (no error messages?) via Blueyonder Broadband yet can receive using their Web Mail?
Tried using MS Outlook, which delivered a couple before stopping with the following message; Internet Mail;"A message could not be delivered. Make sure there is sufficient memory and disk space and that the message store is accesible, then try again."
I believe I obviously have enough memory and disk space so what does it mean. Help please, as using the 'Web Mail'is very primitive.

If you have another partition or hard drive to save to, try changing the location of the email store.

To change the storage location for your Email Folder, go to Outlook Express, Tools, Options, then Maintenance. Click the Store Folder Button and you will be able to change it.
