Notification of Responses

When I open and post a new request for advice, I do not have an email informing me that a reply is waiting for my attention. In the past I have always had this response, until I ticked the post as resolved. As this facility been discontinued since the PCA server problems.

Another issue that I still seem to have,is in 'View my postings', I find that trying to gain access to my postings from that link is nye on impossible. Is this happening with other members as well.

There has been a problem with the yellow envelope click here so maybe the lack of an e-mail alert is connected.

I think that My Postings is slow to open for everybody.

From my experience 'My Postings' is slow to appear but it always does eventually get there.

There is a box to tick requesting email notification when you post the new thread.

No tick = no email

With the tick it used to be the other way round if you did not want your E-Mail clogging up then remove the tick When you post a thread

Thanks for the response everyone. Since this posting, I have returned to normal with emails informing me that I have had replies. Strange really, as I have not altered anything.

Still having the problem with 'View my postings' and being unable to gain access via that way, but as you all agree, there is still holdups for most.

Thanks again, will tick as resolved.
