When trying to play a DVD on my computer I got the following messages

TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.

This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled.

I can't find the TV out function to disable it any help on this please?

This used to happen to me with some nvidea card drivers,i think it was to stop you coping the DVD.Maybe upgrading,or even downgrading the drivers may help.
