Norton SystemWorks

Do the later versions of Norton SystemWorks still have onboard the WinDoctor option or similar?
The reason that I ask is that I am still using the 2003 version! I run it from the disc rather than install because I am not over the moon with Nortons as a whole, but found WinDoctor very usefull on occassions .
Is there a Freeware/Shareware option that does the same sort of job?

Thank you.
