Norton System Works - still useful?

Hi,

For many years I've had Norton Systemworks, and in the main used it for a weekly one-button checkup.

Have just bought Norton Internet Security 2007, and on looking at possibly updating Systemworks see that many of the contents are duplicated in Internet Security.

Would it be sensible to ditch Systemworks, if so what other diagnostic programme would you guys reccomend. (I'm running XP)

i have nis 2007 & nsw 2005 only use nsw for the one button check up [not so good these days false positives with framework and adobe8] and the defragment/disk dr utilities.

nsw will no longer be updated by norton. 2006 version was the last. "norton 360" will apparently replace nis & nsw next spring.
