Norton Partition magic issue...

...I recently bought a second HDD with the intention of dual booting with Ubuntu Linux. I used the above to firstly create partitions for ext2, ext3 and swapspace.

Later, I decided the ext3 bit was too large so tried to use P.M. to change this. I got the error message: type of file system is unsupported.

Now, if PM created the system, why can't it work with it?

Any suggestions at all will be welcome!
